Intellectual property

• session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

• shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider's internal stats tracking system to record the number of visits.

In the absence of mediation, the jurisdictional competence is that of the French courts. The competent court will be designated according to the procedural rules in force in France.
